Job Summary: Seeking an experienced After Sales Service Customer & Dealer support Executive to
manage service & warranty, concerns, and issues from customers and dealers. Requires strong
communication, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric mindset.
**Responsibilities**: –
1.** Customer and Dealer Support**: Provide timely and effective assistance to customer and dealers
who have questions, complaints, or requests related to service & warranty.
2.**Issue Resolution**: Resolve customer and dealer issues effectively, aiming for first-contact
resolution whenever possible. Escalate complex issue to appropriate teams for resolution.
3.**Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and dealers
via various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or in-person meetings.
4.**Documentation**: Accurately document customer and dealer interactions, including the nature
of the issue and the steps taken to resolve it, in or CRM or ticketing system.
5.**Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to
effectively address customer and dealer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
6.**Feedback Management**: Gather feedback from customers and dealers and rely it to the relevant
departments within the company to help improve products, services, and processes.
7.**Relationship Management**: Cultivate positive relationships with customers and dealers, ensuring
their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
8.**Training and Support**: Provide training and support to dealers as needed, ensure they have the
necessary knowledge and resources to represent our products effectively.
**Qualifications**:-
1.**Experience** : 3-4 years of experience in a similar customer –facing role, preferably in a sales or
customer service environment.
2.**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
convey information clearly and professionally.
3.**Problem Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of
resolving customer and dealer issue effectively.
4.**Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as the ability to
quickly learn about new products and updates.
5.**Empathy**: Demonstrated ability to empathize with customer and dealers, understanding their
needs and concerns.
6.** Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document
interactions and ensure that all issues are properly addressed.
7.**Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments to resolve
customer and dealer issues.
8.**Customer Orientation**: A customer –centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional
services to customers and dealers.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
**Technical Qualification**: Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power-Point, Internet, Email, Windows 7 &
upper.

Enterprise Sales
We are looking for a highly motivated, result oriented and experienced Enterprise Sales representative
to join our growing sales team.
You will be responsible for driving the growth of our software product within large colleges, campuses &
institutes across the country.
Your expertise in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers will be
critical in expanding the clients and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new colleges &
institutes as clients for the company.
Identify and research the potential colleges & institutes that qualify as our clients across India.
Conduct good product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the
software to potential clients.
Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including College Deans, Admin
Heads, department heads, to understand their pain points.
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and negotiate the pricing with clients.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively and maintain records of sales activities using CRM tool.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
leverage opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Provide sales forecasts and regular sales reports to the management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful enterprise software sales, with a demonstrable history of
meeting sales targets.
Any earlier experience of Sales in Colleges, Campuses or any Educational institutes will be a huge
added advantage.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience navigating complex sales
processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with College Deans,
Admin Heads and decision-makers.
Technical acumen to understand and articulate the benefits and functionalities of our software
product.
Highly organized with good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with prospective clients.
