Key Responsibilities:
Sending intros, preparation & submission of techno commercial offers on time and follow up for orders.
Handling e-mail and verbal enquiries of customers.
Receive and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
Verify order details, pricing, and availability of products.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers’ inquiries and requests.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Prepare and maintain sales quotes, contracts, and proposals.
Generation of new customers and enquiries by referring business directory, web search or social platforms.
Sending intros & follow up for orders.
Manage and organize sales-related documents and records.
Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
Dictations and letter drafting.
Arrangement of meetings and conferences.
Make all necessary arrangements for travel and stay.
Knowledge of Import & Export shipment.
Assist procurement team for their Purchase Requirement.
Maintaining Information records for vendors and Materials.
Supporting marketing team by attending & assisting in trade shows related activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in B.com, or specialization in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience of 5-7 years in sales coordination or a similar role in a manufacturing industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products is a plus.

Job Description
Responsible for revenue generation by way of space selling, sponsorship Sales, Digital Sales,
cold calls, research-based sales, market research and executing Sales strategies.
The successful candidates will be ultimately requested to develop new exhibitors, as well as
maintain / upgrade existing ones running in and to ensure their smooth target achievement.
Ensuring Market Research in the sector of the assigned Portfolio given to him / her.
Ability to do research-based sales.
Being known the exhibitors profile & requirements from ground with relevant associations
support. (Regional, National )
Getting on ground report of exhibitor’s requirements
Coordination with Exhibitors & Government Authorities for smooth participation of an
exhibitor in event.
Understand existing databases & craft the strategies to develop new databases.
Understand the core markets of exhibitors, explore and drive sales.
Developing and maximising relationships with existing and new exhibitors
Excellent Client Servicing in addition to sales
Qualifications
Minimum Graduation is MUST (Irrespective of any stream), MBA preferred
Should have minimum 2-5 years of working experience
Proven track record of F2F meetings, B2B & B2C business development
Ability to work on pressure situations with multitasking
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
