We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels with special focus on SEO, ORM, liaise with Marketing agency, track Performance Marketing, should know Google Analytics. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting creative teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, Marketing and Influencer
Marketing.
• Design, build and optimise all digital channels including but not limited to social media, rating & reviews, influencer / partner channels etc to drive effective website traffic
• Have hands-on experience of ORM, Discord Community, Reddit, Quora and other forums where brand reputation is managed at global level.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and drive continuous improvement
• Analyse internal-external data and conduct market research to unearth market and customer insights, trends and other opportunities for campaign optimisation
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Understand customer journeys to design acquisition funnels and drive new user acquisition
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Experience around project management for CRM application development.
Requirements and skills
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
email, social media, display advertising campaigns,Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Having functional understanding of building CRM applications would be a great plus.

Design creatives for internal consumption to support different departments and initiatives within

Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in design, video production, and audio editing

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a designer/audio video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant
work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and
audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition)
Solid understanding of design principles, video production techniques, and audio editing processes
Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for creating impactful visual and audio
content (must).
