Facilitate career counselling sessions for students and parents in both online and offline settings.
Represent company at schools, colleges, and institutional events through orientation programs and
workshops.
Communicate fluently and professionally in English to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Assess student needs with empathy and insight to deliver personalized career guidance.
Design and conduct training sessions, video presentations, and strategic engagement activities tailored for college outreach.
Collaborate with the outreach team to establish and mentor student ambassador groups.
Develop and record high-quality demo videos and counselling content for the Unigoal platform.
Support psychometric assessments and assist in interpreting results for informed decision-making.
Create structured training modules for student engagement and mentor onboarding.
Maintain accurate session documentation and ensure timely follow-up with assigned mentees.
Participate in educational expos, webinars, and student engagement forums as a confident representative of the organization.
The ideal candidate should have:
A degree, diploma, or be currently pursuing one in psychology, education, social work, counselling, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to understand and address diverse student concerns.
Experience or strong interest in student counselling, mentoring, or academic advising.
Comfort with conducting sessions both online and offline, and willingness to travel for institutional visits.
Confidence in delivering training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs to large groups.
Ability to design and record video-based content for student engagement and platform learning.
Familiarity with psychometric tools and a basic understanding of interpreting career assessments (preferred).
Competence in preparing training modules, session reports, and follow-up plans for mentees.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, capable of working with cross-functional teams including outreach, content, and mentor support.

Create, edit, and publish engaging content including reels, podcasts, and event promos
Travel for content creation, public engagement shows, and live updates
Schedule interviews and podcasts with mentors, experts, and partner institutions
Run ad campaigns across social platforms, analyze performance, and optimize strategies
Collaborate with the design,tech, and counselling teams to align messaging
Build and maintain the digital content calendar
Track platform performance and engagement metrics
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
A degree, diploma, or be currently pursuing one in media, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in English with strong written and visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.) and digital content trends.
Basic experience in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
Willingness to travel for shoots, live events, and public engagement activities.
Ability to plan and manage a content calendar across multiple digital channels.
A good understanding of ad campaign management and basic performance analytics.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally with tech, design, and counselling teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive project segment (institutional sales) in the assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at builders, developers,
architects, PMCs, and contractors
Identify and track new and ongoing construction projects across the assigned
geography
Conduct sales visits, generate leads, and follow up with stakeholders including purchase
and project teams
Submit product catalogs, samples, and display boards to relevant parties
Prepare and negotiate quotations, finalize deals, collect purchase orders, and ensure
timely order execution
Collect payments, ensure order fulfillment, and meet monthly sales targets
Deliver product presentations, drive product specifications, and ensure brand visibility
Maintain an accurate customer database and project pipeline
Submit detailed daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and results
Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth execution and support
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the building materials industry (preferably wooden
doors or architectural door hardware)
Must have worked in project-based (institutional) sales
Strong regional knowledge of Tri City and Punjab with an existing network of industry
contacts
Proven ability to build rapport with builders, developers, architects, PMCs, and
contractors
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for daily travel and site visits
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-oriented with a proactive and persistent sales approach
