Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory or market segment.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote sales of company products or services.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management, including revenue, margin, and product mix goals.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence to the sales management team.
10. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products and services and enhance brand visibility.
11. Continuously enhance product knowledge, technical skills, and sales techniques through training programs and self-study.
12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings and interactions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in technical sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
3. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles, particularly in the relevant industry.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
6. Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
8. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
10. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.

estimates, and presenting detailed drawings.
 Advising clients on interior design factors like space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and colour coordination.
 Interfacing with clients to determine factors affecting planning interior environments like budget, architectural preferences, purpose, and function.
 Perfecting interior design and decorative techniques with a strong track record of executing prestigious projects.
 Developing and nurturing strong business relations with clients to ensure prolonged and productive business association.
 Arranging final inspection of the clients, managing closeout and final handover of the project.
 Evaluating interior schemes presented by other consultants & value engineering.
 Leading a team of designers, providing them guidance in the planning and execution of all activities
 Inducted suppliers and contractors, based on track record and quote, negotiated for favorable terms for procurement of material.
 Should have good communication skills
