Desired Skills:
• Exposure to Microcontroller and Microprocessor based embedded projects
• knowledge of 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers (PIC, STM, ARM etc) architecture and programming

• Understanding of Protocols like I2C, SPI, RS485, Modbus & Ethernet is required

Role & Responsibility-

DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DISTRIBUTORS IN ABOVE AREA

1. He will survey, do cold calls, telephonic calls and find out distributors. Meet these
distributors individually and then finalize these distributors for a particular
territory in India with or without help of the senior.
2. He should have technical knowledge in the following specially.
a) Soluble Cutting Oil – He should know applications related to cutting, honing,
grinding, He should be able to use refractive index, analyze the life of the
cutting oil through various methods, should be able to analyze the
application and suggest appropriate cutting oil and how to use it.
b) Neat Cutting Oil – he understand application and recommend product as per
the requirement and if needed try to develop new products from the
company.

3. Understanding of Pricing Policy- He should be able to explain the company business model to the distributors regarding pricing, delivery, payment individually.
4. Night Stays- He shall be able to do 15 No of Night stays in a Month and 180 in a year.
5. Experience – overall experience more than 8-10 years in the lubricants segment only.
5.1 He should have done technical sales of industrial lubricants directly to
industries for 5 – 6 no of Years.

5.2 He should have experience of appointing Lubricants distributors individually
for 7 – 8 no of Years.

5.3 He should have relations with 60% of the distributors in mentioned States and his relationship score should be minimum 5/10 on these distributors.

ResponsibiliƟes & duƟes
Responsibility 1 – Support the labs
 Work to support trainers and resolve issues in our major lab environments (including F5
Networks, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Nutanix, Paessler etc)

 Develop the various python scripts that make up the Red EducaƟon lab environment.
 Manage the labs independently if required take help of engineer in Australia.
 Monitor the day to day performance of the labs.
 Enter commands and verify proper system operaƟon through observaƟon to detect errors.
 Follow change control processes

Work Standard – Acknowledge an issue opened by a trainer within 10 minutes of receiving it. Resolved issues as quickly as possible so as not to affect classes.

Responsibility 2 – Support Internal IT
 Resolve any level 1 or level 2 issues by yourself. Escalate any level 3 issues to L3 support.
 Field quesƟons pertaining to user inquiries regarding computer soŌware or hardware and
then present soluƟons.
Work standard – acknowledge an issue opened by any staff member within 15 minutes of receiving
it. A “can do” approach is criƟcal to your success in this regard, as this is the company culture.

Responsibility 3 – Development and ownership of lab environment to be more robust and support
the business needs of Red EducaƟon
 Develop the various Python scripts that make up the Red EducaƟon lab environment
 Manage the images for the Lab Environment
 Manage the lab build process if required on Saturday or Sunday
Work standard – Manage and develop the lab environment on a very Ɵght budget.
Responsibility 4 – Management & ownership of IT security of Red EducaƟon
 Manage Firewall policy
 Manage SAML and SSO connecƟvity on F5 APM
 Manage Cloud security and connecƟvity for AWS, Google Cloud and BGUS
Work Standard – Manage the security of the Red EducaƟon IT environment with an open policy for
trainers to access systems but with a view to security for important company informaƟon on a Ɵght
budget.

EssenƟal qualificaƟons and experience
 Strong VMWare VirtualisaƟon Experience
 Good Python coding experience – advance level

• Must be expert in Python technology
• Must be good in VM ware Virtualization
