Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to
ensure the successful release and brand promotion. This position requires 5-10 years of
experience in online and offline game publishing, with a strong familiarity with the gaming
market.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies, including market research, target
audience analysis, brand positioning, and promotional plans.
Research and understand trends, competitors, and audience demands in the gaming
market to develop appropriate marketing strategies.
Plan and organize marketing events, including trade shows, media activities, social
media promotions, etc., to increase game awareness and sales.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure the timely and high-quality
execution of the game release plan.
Analyse market data and sales trends, provide market insights and recommendations
to optimize marketing strategies and sales performance.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and
achievement of expected marketing objectives.
Establish and maintain good relationships with media, communities, and partners to
support game brand promotion and marketing activities.
Requirements:
Graduate Any Discipline.
5-10 years of experience in game publishing, with a strong familiarity with the online
and offline gaming market.
Excellent market analysis and strategy development skills, able to create practical
marketing plans based on market demands.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with
internal teams and external partners.
Leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate team members
and drive successful project implementation.

. Online and offline attendee’s registration maintenance and management.
. Event data management and documents management throughout the life cycle of the event.
. Responsible for client billing and payments to suppliers

∙ Good knowledge about travel and tour along with destination.
∙ Candidates should be only from a travel background.
∙ Having knowledge about DMC / SUPPLIER.
∙ Candidates must have experience in MS office / Email (BOTH MANDATORY)
∙ Smart, Good Communication, Quick Learner.
Skills:
GST computation and filing.
Experience with Tally Prime.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Creating periodic reports for GST working.
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Preparing reports and reporting issues to management.
Resolving queries where the junior team needs help.
Sourcing reports from Tally, Excel and company software.
