Key Responsibili-es
• Lead end-to-end social media strategy and execu3on for mul3ple client brands across
industries. Must take an interest in understanding the industry and client
requirements thoroughly.
• Manage and coordinate with Social Media Execu3ves to ensure 3mely delivery and
quality control.
• Own client communica3on for assigned brands, manage approval workflows, and
maintain smooth coordina3on.
• Oversee and par3cipate in content crea3on—conceptualizing, wri3ng, shoo3ng,
recording, and approving posts, reels, and stories.
• Ensure brands’ consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all plaPorms.
• Provide assistance to performance marketers for paid ad campaigns and SEO, where
needed.
• Monitor and respond to community interac3ons and customer feedback on all
plaPorms.
• Regularly track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with clear ROI insights.
• Suggest and implement new features, formats, and ideas to boost engagement and
brand visibility.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and plaPorm algorithm changes to inform strategy.
Qualifica-ons
• At least 2 years of proven experience in social media marke3ng.
• Experience of working in an agency will be a plus.
• Proficiency with all social media plaPorms, including Meta, TwiUer/X, LinkedIn, and
YouTube for strategy, scheduling, pos3ng, etc.
• Strong understanding of storytelling methods, content requirements, and visual
aesthe3cs.
• Excellent communica3on and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities and qualifications
• Bachelors in Electronics & communication Engineering Background and should have Strong programming skills on C/Embedded C and C++ (basics).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience on working with different embedded platforms.
• Experience in Design, Development, and Implement and troubleshoot Application and system level software in a variety of programming languages.
• Working knowledge of Micro-controller & Microprocessor (8bit, 16bit and 32bit).
• Working knowledge of handling electronic measurement equipment such as Oscilloscope, function generator, Network analyzer etc
• Extensive working experience on communication bus protocol like I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/RS232/RS422/ETH (10/100/1000) & related driver implementation.
• Good Understanding of CPU Architecture ARM, MIPS and PowerPC Hardware interfaces: Nand/NOR Flash, DDR SDRAM, PCI (variants).
• Candidate will have value added advantages if he has Hands on experience on Linux environment, BSP preparation/porting & Integration and other low-level HW interfaces.
