Key Responsibilities: •
Content Strategy & Management:
o Plan and create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, and email marketing, aligned with the company’s design aesthetic.
o Develop content calendars showcasing completed projects, behind-the scenes footage, design tips, and client testimonials.
• Social Media Marketing:
o Manage and grow social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
o Run targeted ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and inquiries.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
o Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility for relevant interior design keywords.
o Perform keyword research and monitor ranking performance.
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Campaigns:
o Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to drive lead generation and website traffic.
o Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy to maximize ROI.
• Website & Landing Pages:
o Coordinate with developers or use CMS platforms (like WordPress) to update website content, images, and landing pages.
o Ensure the website reflects the brand’s design ethos and is optimized for user experience.
• Email Marketing:
o Design and send newsletters, promotional emails, and client follow-up sequences using platforms like Mailchimp or similar.
• Analytics & Reporting:
o Track, analyze, and report on performance across digital platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
o Provide insights to improve engagement, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4years of digital marketing experience, preferably in design, architecture, real estate, or luxury lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of interior design trends and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Photoshop, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Aesthetic sense and eye for visual content that aligns with luxury and design brands.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
• Photography or videography skills for project shoots
• Experience with Pinterest marketing
• Basic knowledge of design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) is a bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve short-term and long-term revenue goals.

Team Leadership & Performance:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and business development team to meet targets and KPIs.

Business Development & Key Accounts:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, architects, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Lead high-value negotiations and close major deals, especially with corporate, hospitality, retail, and high-net-worth residential clients.
• Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in industry events and client meetings.
Revenue & Pipeline Management:
• Own the sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and client acquisition plans.
• Work with the finance and commercial teams to ensure profitability on projects.
• Oversee CRM usage, sales reporting, and pipeline health across the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate with design, project management, and procurement teams to ensure smooth client handover and successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and brand positioning.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: 10–15 years in sales/business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate sector.
• Skills:
o Proven leadership and team management experience.
o Strong business acumen and commercial negotiation skills.
o Deep understanding of the interior design/fit-out market, project lifecycle, and client expectations.
o Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong client network in sectors such as luxury residential, commercial offices, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience working with design & build or turnkey service models.
• Knowledge of local real estate and construction regulations. #
