Experience –  10+ Years

Responsibilities 
 Manage the technical delivery of technology projects delivered by organization.
 Create and maintain project plans, manage scrums/Kanban delivery boards for the
projects
 Drive and manage all scrum and project management ceremonies including project
planning, program increment planning, stand ups, retrospectives, reviews and manage
the daily progress tracking in the projects.
 Aligning to the technology strategy defined by the CIO to deliver the technology
solutions working closely with other technical leadership roles including architecture,
Engineering/Development, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Infrastructure/Data services.
 Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle
 Conducting retrospectives to discuss what was successful in the project, what can be
improved and how to make future work more successful.
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Science, Arts, or business
 10+ yrs. in project management, scrum/ Senior scrum master positions delivering
technology projects in enterprise or product companies.
 Solid practical experience in Agile at scale practices including managing all types of
scrum ceremonies, methodologies, delivery planning and execution.
 Experience in using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira for planning, estimating, reporting and
monitoring project progress.
 Strong experience in working under critical deadlines, driving multiple concurrent
projects and successful project delivery.
 Scrum Master certification required and/or strong Agile delivery experience is a must
 Experience in working with multiple locations, countries is very advantageous.
 Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
 Working as a technical delivery manager/ scrum master in an enterprise or a software
product company is important.
 Should possess experience in managing multiple concurrent projects/deliveries
