Job Responsibilities
Provide the required information to the customers of their complaints·
Resolve any queries by mailing and can communicate directly with higher authorities.·
Maintain database by updating customer information on daily basis·
Communication skills must be good ( verbal and written both)·
Candidate should be very active and very confident·
Should have Strong Listening Skills. looking for self-motivated and eager to learn freshers to join our Customer coordination team. Their primary role is to provide assistance to our clients through phone calls and emails. They will be responsible for managing redemption fulfillment. They will be required to assist our clients with their gift claim redemption and ensure coordination and timely delivery of product requests.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have extraordinary communication skills to handle customers having different dialects. In addition to this, they should be keen learners to understand our company commitment and client requirements. This will help them to troubleshoot any issue faced by the clients faster.

The professional will travel across Punjab and meet the following with respective goals in mind.
1). Onboarding, Training & Monitoring of NGOs
2). Meet Media professionals and engage coverage. Remain in touch with Bureaucrats and local politicians.
3). Visit institutions to appoint campus ambassadors and volunteers and provide training and monitor progress.
4). Prepare and Submit Proposals and make presentations to industry to acquire sponsorships and donations for NGOs and events.
5). Provide feedback of market, various social activities, competitors to Management
6). Regular Content Creation & Distribution, paid advertising, bloggers relationship to keep all stake holders engaged and obtain donations.
7). Prepare event Calendar for all stake holders and get them executed and promoted.
8). Manage all Accounts & Operations of the project
