As per Industry (Rs.15,000-50,000/-). Incentive- on achievement of assigned targets
Responsibilities & Competencies
1 Appointing New Distributors and Stockists in areas assigned by the Manager.
2 Maintaining existing clients, managing stock, adding new products to the existing portfolio, payment follow-up’s with clients.
3 Achieving assigned Targets.

Qualification & Experience
1 Two years experience in Pharma Sales is mandatory
2 Graduate, Knowledge of MS Office.

Designation – B2B Sales Representative
Experience – 2 to 8Years ,
Salary – 2-5 LPA
Location – Chandigarh
JD• Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies,
etc.)
• Assigned to handle overall aspects of business territory wise.
• Actively approach targeted business clients (Dealers via face to face
meetings, telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
• Search for new Dealer leads
• Manage relationships with existing Dealers /customers.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective Dealers.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective Dealers.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from Dealers.
• Preparing and submitting dealer contracts for sales.
• Visiting dealers and potential dealers to evaluate needs or promote products
and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and
availability.
Sales Representative Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any or related field.
• Experience in sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with
both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Purpose of this position
1. Engage with potential leads among chronic care patients through home visits
2. Put forward proposition for Company program and convert leads to program
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
1. Enrollment and conversion of leads to company program
2. Executing medication reorder refills in the process of meeting leads for sales call for main
program
3. High conversion levels of leads
4. Generation of own leads and conversions through own initiatives outside company
generated leads
5. Coordinate with the Setup team to complete smooth induction of newly registered customer
Participation in sales promotion activities
Day to Day responsibilities:-
1. To ensure that lead with prospective patients is met on the assigned Visit as per committed
appointment
2. Ensure deliveries effected for reorders where sales appointment for main program has been
fixed
3. Prospecting lead sources through own initiatives, setting up appointments through
outbound calling, visiting the leads as per appoint, and converting these additional leads
Competencies / Skills:-
1. Good experience and ability to engage and build positive relationships with doctors
2. Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions
3. Good verbal communication and presentation skills
4. Excellent customer orientation
5. Ability and willingness to travel local
