·  Asset Maintenance and Managing.

·  Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

·  Printer support, connectivity, and troubleshooting.

·  New to have basic network troubleshooting knowledge to diagnose the issue.

·  Need to understand the IT & security process laid down at the organizational level.

·  Keep track and follow up for open incidents.
