Job Responsibilities
● Detect the political pulse of different demographic, geographic and legislative
entities through a series of rigorous primary or secondary research initiatives
● Liaise with political stakeholders including party leadership, post holders and
workers
to provide support, execute central campaigns and develop networks on ground
● Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on-ground
campaigns;
● Draft detailed work plans to handhold implementation in coordination
with internal and external stakeholders
● Coordinate with various internal teams of Strelema including digital media, data
analytics, strategic research and operations to achieve campaign aims
● Timely planning, execution and monitoring of assigned projects for defined
regions, travelling to the ground and executing the fieldwork
● People, Assets and Collateral management for assigned projects for defined
regions
● Publishing Reports, Alerts, Dashboard as per project
● Driving Cost and Timeliness in the assigned projects
● Regular feedback to the Field Force to take corrective actions on gaps identified
● Knowledge management and corrective action plan
● Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc. to
drive business objectives
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelors / Masters or equivalent degree from premier institutes mostly
preferred MBA graduate.
● 1 – 2 years of work experience in top organizations
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of presentations,
plans and monitoring reports
Skills
● Have good interpersonal skills and exposure in dealing with various kinds of
stakeholders
● Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate
raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders
● Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and be a good team-player

and functions. Coordinate with business groups and cross-functional teams for market analyses and strategic projects. Responsible for monitoring macroeconomic and market trends and driving opportunities and risks, which once will
provide key insights to the top management. Should work with the technical leads, account teams, marketing and sales teams, onsite client partners,
external analysts, consultants and UtopiaTech leadership team. Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports
Candidate Skill Set Should have knowledge of selling/consulting IoT, Automation products in B2B or B2G domain. Good understanding of Embedded systems, IoT, IIoT, Industry 4.0, Factory Automation will be an added
advantage. Willingness to travel within the country. Should be good in new customer acquisition, win long-term strategic customers, customer relationship,account mining, deal-making, developing long-term customers and contracts.
