Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our
Onboarding team and help the organization in Onboarding new clients to
our platform.
Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include communicating company
services & how different we are from our competitors, gathering
necessary paperwork and scheduling first days. Basic knowledge of
Computers, restaurant analysis, menu analysis & international calling
experience.
Ultimately, you will organize and facilitate our company’s onboarding
procedures for new clients.
Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls [cold calls]
● Generate prospects & leads
● Prepare onboarding documents on Hellosign
● Welcome new clients upon their sign up
● Introduce to Otter team
● Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure
agreements & client banking information.
● Coordinate company presentations and product demos
● Educate clients about our week start & end [Week cycle]
● Ensure new clients have technical assistance to properly set up
their hardware and software [Otter coordination]
● Distribute [Creds] username passwords and guidelines, as needed
● Address new clients queries regarding their contracts and payouts
Requirements and skills
● Proven work experience as an International caller or relevant
Customer service
● Basic knowledge of Computers & Google products
● Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
● Team spirit

Job responsibility
Design & development of fast path/data plane/User plane Software
Work on DPDK and Cloud Native Network Function (CNF)
Design & development of GSM GPRS EDGE User plane modules at BSC BTS
Analyze the new requirements from operators, work on design, implementation and testing of the feature
Fix the field reported issues in the ongoing PKG development cycle.
Analyze SIT/SVT PKG issues and fix them as needed
Should have very good C programming skills
Should have at least 3+ year’s prior experience in working fast path/control plane application
Knowledge of Intel DPDK and CNF is must.
Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G data plane software on access/core side
experience in GPRS, Edge, bearer at BSC, BSSGP, GTP etc.
Good understanding of Operating System concepts and x86 architecture
Should have good data structure/algorithm skills
Should have good understanding of networking domain and TCP/IP protocols
Good team player and curiosity to learn
