1. Calendar management:
Scheduling appointments, court appearances and meetings with clients and taking notes during meetings to ensure effective follow-up with clients or other parties involved in legal proceedings.
2. Contact management on Outlook and Internal Systems:
Maintaining a distinct repository of contact information of clients and other parties.
3. Travel management:
Arranging travel bookings such as visas, flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars for Practitioners and other clients involved.
4. Vendor Management:
Coordinate and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication, contract negotiation, and compliance to optimize organizational operations.
5. Dictation and Word processing:
Taking notes and making documents on MS Word. Formatting documents as per Firm protocols
6. Creating PDF binders:
Merging multiple documents into one PDF document
7. Checking conflicts in mandates:
Checking and circulating conflicts arising in mandates
8. Timesheet Entries:
Filling up timesheets of the reporting Partner and getting timesheets filled by the practitioners in their department. Generate daily and weekly timesheet report and circulate it to Partners and Management.
9. Assistance with Firm events:
Managing logistics and material for events organised by the firm.
10. Personal assistance:
Any miscellaneous activity assigned by any Partner.

Job Description
As an Unreal Artist, you will create immersive, high-quality 3D visualizations and virtual experiences
using Unreal Engine. Your work will play a crucial role in bringing our design concepts to life, helping
clients visualize their future spaces through realistic and interactive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• 3D Visualization: Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of interior spaces using
Unreal Engine, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with design intent.
• Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and the creative team to
understand project requirements and develop visualization strategies that meet client needs.
• Modeling & Texturing: Develop and optimize 3D models and textures from sketches, CAD
drawings, and other design documents, ensuring accuracy and aesthetic appeal.
• Lighting & Rendering: Implement advanced lighting techniques and rendering settings to
enhance the realism and mood of each scene.
• Virtual Reality (VR): Create immersive VR experiences that allow clients to explore and
interact with designs in real-time.
• Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate client and team feedback into revisions, maintaining an
open line of communication to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new tools, and best practices in 3D
visualization and interior design to continuously improve skills and output.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
• Proven experience as a 3D artist or Unreal Artist, particularly in interior design or
architecture.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine, including materials, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work, demonstrating your ability to create realistic and
engaging interior visualizations.
• 1-3 Years Experience in the similar field
