Managing the entire onboarding process for EV Digital Stores.
Managing the dealers and generating reports.
Communicating with the dealers regarding issues, and ensuring smooth usage of our digital platform.
Visiting the dealers queue and taking feedback in a timely manner.
Handling renewals of the plans.
Handling escalation complaints.
Ensuring that the issues of dealers are resolved and maintaining good relations with them.
Requirement

Willing to visit the dealers on field.

What we expect
Communicate with the operation and management team to prepare an
efficiently executed operations strategy.
To assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives
which are already set.
Monitor the company's operations and various expenses and budgets within
their department and the daily operations.
Monitor and check on the performance of the operations of both internal
service providers and external service providers.
To contribute to ensuring a conducive, collaborative and productive work
environment for their department.
Monitor every performance metrics, they should receive and respond to
approvals and notifications on a regular basis
Work closely with the project planner and the supply chain team to overcome
day to day operations.
Monitor the company imports and exports to guarantee the company’s
shipment cost and timeline.
Build and put in place processes and procedures to improve daily company
operations.
The Senior Operation executive will be an integral part of the project planning
department as they are required to plan, communicate with clients, provide
feedback to the supply chain and installation team, and advise project
completion to the senior management.
Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor degree; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties
and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that is above the minimum
education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year
basis.

What we expect
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,
email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess
against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the
insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for
adoption where appropriate.
Our Ideal Candidate
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight,
Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
measurement.
