Should have completed residency. Ideally working in a practice or establishment that has high flow of patients with chronic illnesses with
around 2-3 years experience
Establish and sustain a strong clinical foundation and ongoing quality for the Company’s patients on the Company’s core and subsidiary programs.
High clinical quality in the Company’s programs and improvement in outcomes of patients participating in the programs Serve as professional anchor for the registration as Clinical Establishment including liaison with patient’s doctors where needed.
Primary-
Execute ongoing oversight on patient reviews by Clinical Pharmacists to ensure high quality clinical support and patient engagement. Liaison with
patient’s doctors wherever needed Execute ongoing oversight on quality of nursing support offered at distributed locations and clinical review of patient engagements at such locations Training of Clinical Pharmacists and Nurses on clinical matters and patient engagement Working with Head Medical Affairs to establish quality standards for patient reviews by Clinical Pharmacist regular update of the same based on experience.
Secondary
– Review of material to be used in company communication and website on clinical matters for accuracy/validity
– At need, on line consult and prescriptions for E Pharm business
– Review of status of patient records for quality of information and remaining up to date on regulatory matters Professional support to registration as Clinical Establishment.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnosis especially in the area of chronic conditions
Regular professional updation
Good leadership, communication and influencing skills.
