Roles and Responsibilities

 Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying,
consolidating, and entering transactions.
 Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling
and analyzing account information.
 Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial
balance, and reconciling entries.
 Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
 Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
 Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial
Statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines.
 Should have knowledge in Statutory Obligations like Taxation, PF, ESI, GST
Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers & Banks.
 Knowledge of GST, TDS & other compliances.
Requirements
 Proven experience of 3-10 years in the field of accounting, finance.
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance, or related field preferred.
 Well versed in Tally ERP 9.
 Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
 Excellent organizing abilities.
 Fast learner and passion for work.
 Problem solving and analytical skills.
