Should be handle Control System Department Individually
Complete Knowledge of PLC HMI Programming for Special Purpose Machines
Knowledge in Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Proface, Rexroth and Schneider PLC and HMI.
Knowledge on Servo drives, Database Management Systems and SCADA.
Knowledge of PC Interfacing is a must
Knowledge on Networking (Ethernet, Profibus, CC link platform etc.,)
Managing with team for getting electrical Circutes, Power calculation Selection of accessories
Hands on experience in preparation of Estimations & BOM and selection of elements for all Controls related materials.
Knowledge of softwares ie. C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, etc., desirable
Performing trials with the components received and finally commissioning the machine at customer site.
Knowledge of Pneumatics, pneumatic diagrams and Fluid Draw.

Job responsibility
Understand the requirement from the documents (RFQ & Drawings) provided by customer.
Handson experience in Solidworks
Generate concepts from the requirement raised by customer.
Explain and review the concepts with internal team and also with customer.
Do the detailed sketching & analytical calculations.
Do the 3D modelling.
Select the Mechanical & Pneumatic standard elements.
Communicate with controls team for selection of Controls and Electrical related standard elements.
Interact with customer.
Prepare Bill of Materials.
Prepare part drawings by applying GD&T wherever applicable.
Prepare assembly drawings.
Prepare IO list & sequence of operation.
Prepare cycle time diagram
Handle the DAP with Customer.
Selection of Mechanical components like Ball Screws, Rails and Rail blocks,
Analytical knowledge to select motors, sencers and other electrical components
Prepare Manuals.
