Requirements –
1. Relevant Experience in Counselling profile. Preferred experience in the Educational Sector.

5. Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
6. Good Written and verbal communication skills(Fluency in English & Hindi is must).
7. Graduation/Post Graduation Degree with Relevant experience of 2-5 years, MBA would be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Connecting and Counseling working professionals for career Development Programs.
Cold Calling the leads and Database and converting to sales.
Promoting management programs as per the profile of the candidates.
Maintaining connections with the candidates through meetings, calls and Mailers.
Marinating Database and records of the candidates.
Achieving the assigned Targets on a monthly basis.
Following Pre and Post sales procedures.
Actively contribute as a team player to encourage sales.

Job Description:
Stay actively involved in the retail sales process of interior fabrics and other products.
Practice suggestive selling of products as prescribed by the management.
Establishing relations with the customers/clients in order to ensure continuous business and
revenue.
Be able to follow up on the leads in the pipeline and try and convert as many clients as
possible.
Responsible for offering the best selection experience to all the clients.
Understand design by closely working with interior designers and suggest fabrics
accordingly, to the clients.
Collect all data related to sales and pass on the same to the immediate seniors for
tabulation.
