1) To prepare Engineering Design Briefs
2) To undertake the design of MEP Services with the help of Jr. Engineer & Draughtsman
3) To interview & select subordinates & mentor them
4) To oversee Design development from Concept- Schematic-Tender- Good for Construction- Approve shop Drawings
5) To oversee co-ordination of MEP Design & Revit Modelling
6) To prepare & oversee BOQ & Budgets
7) Liaison with Consultants & Clients & Contractors
8) Be Responsible for Quality & Accuracy of MEP Design
9) Knowledge of REVIT would be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying,
consolidating, and entering transactions.
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling
and analyzing account information.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial
balance, and reconciling entries.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial
Statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines.
Should have knowledge in Statutory Obligations like Taxation, PF, ESI, GST
Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers & Banks.
Knowledge of GST, TDS & other compliances.
Requirements
Proven experience of 3-10 years in the field of accounting, finance.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance, or related field preferred.
Well versed in Tally ERP 9.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizing abilities.
Fast learner and passion for work.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
