Responsibilities:
• Write the analysis document based on the basis of customer needs, respecting the
corporate vision, the architectural principles and the methodology in force.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing
specifications
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements;
forming project team; establishing project budget
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress
reports; recommending actions
• Guarantee the adequacy and completeness of the test plans necessary for the quality
control of the solution provided.
• Work with peers to constantly improve the tools and methodology available to analysts.
• Identify and evaluate the risks associated with the analysis.
• Share your knowledge and know-how with your colleagues in the department.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• SQL experience strongly preferred
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

Job Responsibilities:

Job Description:
A Business Analyst with 3 to 12 years of experience preferably in multiple products or software projects/modules in requirement gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Requirement Gathering: To sit with client’s team and understand their requirements in detail.
• Documentation and Analysis: To prepare a detailed Business Requirement document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD – preferable not mandatory) of client’s requirements using user stories, flow chart and other similar tools. UML would be an added advantage.
• Analysis: To analyse the client’s requirements and document the same and share with project manager.
• Be part of the implementation team during requirement gathering, and acceptance tests for both internal/external customers as well as support during the post-implementation phase.
• Write SOPs, checklists for frequent queries/issues, User manuals, etc.

• Ability to ask questions
Good communication skills, strong listening skills with a flexible and positive approach to work
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Candidate must be willing to accept responsibility and deliver to the expectations
• Willingness to travel to client site for Implementation / Discussion etc.
