Qualifications: –
1. B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
2. Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related discipline with relevant knowledge of
Lithium-Ion Cell/Battery Testing.
Responsibilities -:
1. Analysis of battery Cell Pack, Balancing.
2. Knowledge of Charging and Discharging of the batteries.
3. Identifying root cause analysis using the data acquisition.
4. Good knowledge of repairing of PCM and PCBA.
5. Knowledge of BMS (Battery Management System), cell sorting and Spot welding.
6. Knowledge of Insulation Pasting Machine, Cell Capacity Testing.
7. Knowledge of Chroma for charging & discharging of the assembled batteries.
8. Analysis of error in battery pack troubleshooting and preparing a daily report on
corrective actions.
9. Define Problems, collect data, analyse data, interpret results, write technical facts
based on established facts and to draw solid conclusions.
10. Using waste control and cost-saving methods by the optimal utilization of the
available resources.
11. Managing the quality control process effectively by applying methods like Kaizen, 5s
to minimize quality failures.
12. Continuous monitoring of the process to reduce Rejection, Rework and Improve
quality.
