Job Profile:
We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for developing brand franchising
opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees and to ensure the overall success of
the franchisor as well as franchisee.
Qualifications
1. Graduate, MBA- Marketing preferred.
2. Must have 4-5 Years of experience in similar profile or in to relationship management in retail
franchise marketing, banking, insurance sector.
3. Willing to travel for extended period
4. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
5. Able to work on target basis and close deadline.
Functional responsibility:
Responsible for the franchise sales process from initial request to contract execution,
including discovering and sourcing possible new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and sales
procedure adherence.
Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development
of franchise.
To provide training and information about business policies and procedures as well as to
develop new franchises
Should be passionately and confidently represent the brand and train prospects ethically
through the set process and market development
Evaluating prospective franchisees, including understanding their inquiries and responding to
their requirements within 24 hours of receipt of inquiry.
Enhance sales by planning promotional activities
Achieving monthly and quarterly targets provided by management team.
Study the market and generate lead of potential Stores as per defined criteria.
Give appropriate feedback of market to the management and suggest action plan for feasible
execution.

Major responsibilities & deliverables :
Undertaking research using a wide range of specialist media resources. Identify the right target demographic for specific campaigns
Analyze market research and study demographic data to determine the most effective approach
Enact or actualize media plans drawn up by media planners within Budget Control (How much the client wants to spend as against the earning margin of)
Understand various kinds of Facebook Ads, Sponsored Posts, Sponsored Stories etc and which is appropriate for which situation
Identify new ad formats / platforms that can work well with the client’s objective
Ensuring Media Campaigns go live as per scheduled time
Determine ROI reports on each campaign from a social media, earned media and paid media perspective
Analyzing the effectiveness of the campaign and using this data to inform future campaigns
Focus on Client reporting and budget management
Keeping up to date with industry research figures
Monitoring campaigns on a daily basis
Optimizations to be made to campaigns. Discuss on a regular basis changes / suggestions for betterment / performance of the account
Accountability for campaigns performing as per media plan given (extremely important)
Skills:
Analytics Skills, Observation Skills, Pattern Detection, Planning and Strategizing the campaign structure, budgets and optimisation plan ahead. Facebook Pixel Integration, Google Analytics, GTM, Google Sheets, Canva Presentation, PPT for Reports and Pitch of the Plans.
