Key Accountabilities
The warehouse assistant will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored in the appropriate conditionsThe warehouse assistant will also pack, scan, and prepare orders for delivery following the required protocol of packing and
transportation of items by the team.
The warehouse assistant is required to update all procured items and dispensed items in the inventory software and databases.
The warehouse assistant will also keep a track of all supplies wrt the expiry and other required parameters
The warehouse assistant may also be required to coordinate supplies with team members hence should possess a valid driver’s
license.

Skills Required
High on integrity and punctuality
Should be able to pay attention to detail and monitor the quality of inventory
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and adaptability to different personality types
Good phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and ability to establish rapport both with internal and external customers
Must be able to understand and use inventory
Should have a valid Driving Licence
Should have a two wheeler with valid documents such as vehicle
RC Book, Insurance, Emission Test and vehicle Insurance.

Job role –
Engage with potential leads among chronic care patients through
home visits
Put forward proposition for Company program and convert leads to program
Enrollment and conversion of leads to company program
Executing medication reorder refills in the process of meeting leads for sales call for main program
High conversion levels of leads
Generation of own leads and conversions through own initiatives outside company generated leads
Coordinate with the Setup team to complete smooth induction of newly registered customer
Participation in sales promotion activities
Day to Day responsibilities
To ensure that lead with prospective patients is met on the assigned Visit as per committed appointment
Ensure deliveries affected for reorders where sales appointment for main program has been fixed
Prospecting lead sources through own initiatives, setting up appointments through outbound calling, visiting the leads as per
appoint, and converting these additional leads
Should possess:
Valid Driving Licence
Two wheeler with valid documents such as vehicle RC Book,
Insurance, Emission Test and vehicle Insurance
