Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual result.
Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
Completely handle Income tax matters including Tax Audit , Income tax returns ,TDS
Manage and represent companies for Scrutiny Assessments, CIT Appeals, Tribunal Appeals (ITAT).
Must have hands on information on Corporate Law & Practice.
