Job Description:
1. To prepare Engineering Design Briefs
2. To undertake design of MEP Services with the help of Jr. Engineer & Draughtsman
3. To interview & select subordinates & mentor them.
4. To oversee Design development from Concept- Schematic-Tender- Good for Construction- Approve shop Drawings.
5. To oversee co-ordination of MEP Design & Revit Modelling
6. To prepare & oversee BOQ & Budgets
7. Liaison with Consultants & Clients & Contractors
8. Be Responsible for Quality & Accuracy of MEP Design
9. Knowledge of REVIT would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Create, manage and implement the online marketing initiatives for the clients.
Develop and implement online marketing plans.
Develop and assist in the execution of online marketing strategies/campaigns to build website traffic and brand awareness online. These initiatives would include SEO, SEM, social media, e-newsletters and website content management, etc.
Client interaction – emails, calls & chats.
Requirement:
Experience managing SEO and affiliate programs.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Experience in SEO, Email marketing and social media. Knowledge of SEMRush tool
Experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Strong communication skills.
