Qualification – Master’s degree in Law.
JD:
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to confirm quality and conformance to
specifications and deliverables.
Maintaining relationships with clients.
Develop strong relationships with inter-departments.
Thoroughly checking and comparing the proposals and specifications.
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in
accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of
complaints
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to
management and product development
Provide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core
processes.
Skills and qualifications
Professional certification such as Procurement Certification Program (CIPP) & Cost Management.
Superb computer competence, including database management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management
practices.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Negotiating with vendor contracts, so they must understand price points and be able to negotiate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
A proven record of accomplishment in the Procurement department with a minimum of 10 years of
experience in a Management level position especially in Real estate.
Have a strong background in interior fit-out, Interior Design with Design Project Management, and Business
Development exposure.
Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
Strong Project Management skills.
Ability to communicate in more than one language
