Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and standards across the
production line.
 Supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality control team.
 Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure compliance with
specifications.
 Identify quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
 Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports.
 Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
 Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality certifications and regulations.
 Prepare and submit regular quality performance reports to management.
 Handle customer complaints related to product quality and implement preventive actions.

Requirements:
 Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical.
 Minimum [1-3] years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing
environment.
 Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods, standards (ISO 9001, etc.), and tools.
 Experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing
methods.
 Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems/software.
 Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
 Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
