Expected Application Engineer Roles:
1.) Technical Support to Sales team and Customers.
2.) initial discussion with customer for customer requirement, product requirement, testing details, DVP expectations & customer mile stones.
3.) Initial Assembly trials / Installation at customer end, facilitating regular production at customer end.
4.) To work with sales and customer on warranty issues and trouble shoot problems/performance requirements.
5.) Key contact between sales ,EDD & QA for organizing customer requirements / plant requirements.
6.) Development follow up alongside concerned sales engineer with customer / internal .
7.) Development of new Business, Working with EDD, LC on new innovative sealing solutions .
