KRAs:
1. People Management – Managing a team of supervisors & Ops executives (Bus stop + Parking = ~20).
2. Building the team of Supervisors/Ops executives for the route in coordination with the HR.
3. Responsible for ensuring that the operational processes are executed on the ground.
a. Managing the Nodes of Operations: Parking Spot Operations, Start Point Operations, Destination Operations, Intermediate Operations.
b. Adherence to the work flow @ driver and passenger side.
4. Responsible for addressing all the externalities associated with the route.
5. Responsible to ensuring a proper feedback loop.
a. Coordination of training to the drivers as and when needed in case of work flow change.
b. Police/Traffic problems.
c. Competition related issues etc.
d. Monitor the demand and supply matching and evaluate the need to re-alter/increase the supply/frequency
