Designation : Engineer ( Shift In charge )

Department : BU 2 (Production )

a) Preferred Age: up to 32

b) Educational Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical

c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- 6 to 7 yrs.

d) Any Specific Industry— Auto (Manufacturing )

e) Skills & Competencies:

i) Technical:  Control of Shift , Manpower handling , Knowledge of 5S, Control of Rejection and improvement in OEE.

ii) Generic: Good interpersonal skills .

f) Areas of expertise required: Production  (Control of Shift , Manpower handling , Knowledge of 5S, Control of Rejection )

Salary – 25k to 30k per month

Location : Mohali

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Position is of shift In charge not Assistant Engineer or Junior Engineer.
2. Size of team that he is handling in a shift – Number of Operators and Assistant Engineer reposting to him.
3. we require Shift In charge who is able to handle the entire shift of about 30 to 40 operators and few assistant Engineer.
4. Must Knowledge of – TS 16949 , OSHAS 18000
5. Manpower handling( Responsible for all the Production Shift operations )
6. Automobile Industry

Job Description

1.Will be overall in charge of smooth functioning of the factory.

2.Should have had experience of independently managing a factory independently

3.Should be a qualified Food Technologist – should have knowledge of products that we are manufacturing /are planning to manufacture .Additional Qualification of MBA Production will make the person more suitable

4.Should be able to function as de facto Owner and Should be mature enough to take decisions in the interest of the organization.

5Should have administrative experience, Should have basic knowledge of HR

6.Should be proficient in use of computer and be able to generate reports  (MIS)  related to all functions on daily basis including production planning, output, materials, dispatch planning, hr functions etc.

7.Should be a dynamic leader and should be able to carry complete team with him.

8.Should not be in financial distress.

9.Min 15 years experience in India—candidates who have worked mainly in other countries  will not be preferred

10.Should be willing to relocate to Parwanoo.

11. Should have pleasing personality. Should be energetic and optimistic

12.Should be from North India—preferably from HP, Chandigarh, Punjab or Haryana
