We are looking for a competent Billing specialist to undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues. You will handle the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork. Responsibilities

LEGAL MANAGER
Experience – Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate
Education – LLB / LLM
Location – Ghatkopar Mumbai
Key skills – o Maintaining all legal data of Mirador Group including drafting legal documents like sale deeds, agreement for sale and all other relevant documents including 7/12 extract, PAN card copy, Stamp Duty paid receipt etc. for all customers under directions of legal consultants;
o Creating and keeping record of all agreements, which includes scanning and storage of original and Xerox copies. o
Assist in drafting (Marathi / English) any Legal document including contracts, notices, replies etc.
o Assist in the process of contract management by ensuring that the standard drafts of defined o Agreements are followed ( Lease Agreements, Sales / Dealer agreements and Logistics agreements, NDA, etc) o
Manage the Agreements of the Company as per Contract Management System and assist in sending monthly reports to all departmental heads o Assist in maintaining, updating and safeguarding the organization & #39s legal documents, registers, records as required under various applicable legislations.
o To support documentation required by various departments in the Company for obtaining and maintaining various statutory approvals
o To provide assistance for the Statutory Audit of the Company o Assist in maintenance of proper records of the physical and soft documents o Assist in filing of forms and statements with statutory bodies, Registrar of Companies.
