Job Description:
We are looking for an App Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of mobile applications.
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android and iOS platform
• Proficiency with Android.
• Understanding Google Play/App Store publishing procedure and guidelines. Have published at least one original Android app
• Push Notifications Experience
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Desired Profile:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven software development experience
• Proven working with SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

The responsibilities of the role will include
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Also command over written communication skills in English.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Evaluate and handle customer feedback with urgency and escalate as per company processes

Handle and allocate inbound email requests from customers as per company processes
