Qualification : BE/BTech (Polymer Technology)

Experience : 4 to 6 yrs.
Any Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm) / Automobile Manufacturing
Skills & Competencies:
Technical:
1. Process Standardization/Improvement
2. Sound Knowledge of polyurethane moulding technology.
Generic: Commercial – Good communication skills.
Areas of Expertise:
1. Working Knowledge of polyurethane moulding technology.
2. Industrialization of new projects & to stabilise new technology/new system & process
verification for new technology/system/modification.
3. Responsible for the standardization of process to address the chronic defects/issues due to
variance in critical parameters of machine and equipment’s.
4. Responsible for the efficient mould processability.
5. Imparting technical support to user depts. for sorting out daily problems to improve part
quality & meeting the production target.
6. Implementation of cost saving / energy saving techniques / kaizens & modifications the
systems to achieve the substantial reduction in O&M expenditures.
7. To prepare all documents for the new developed system & to make all process mapping for
new developed system
Compensation – Maximum 4.50 Lac CTC.

1. To prepare and monitor the plan for layout, Batch testing ( online & offline )
2. Job set up approval and Mould approval by validate product parameter
3. Handling of measuring instrument such as Vernier, micrometer, Profile projector, CMM,
microscope etc.
4. Managing the Calibration of equipment internal and external.
5. QA lab set up, maintenance and certification of approval.
6. Liaison with customers & auditors during audits/ visits of QA.
7. Preventive and corrective action implementation.
8. Product audit and layout inspection.
9. Assist PPAP activity for new parts & responsible PPAP activity for running parts

2. Working experience with kneaders & mixing mills.
3. Experience with Ram Extruders.
4. Complete understanding about statistical process control.
5. Designing of compounding recipes as per the field application.
6. Compile and analyse test information to determine process or equipment operating
efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions.
7. Direct, coordinate, and advise personnel in test procedures for analysing components
and physical propeprrties of materials.
8. Proper manpower utilization & Skill up gradation of the operator’s through effective
training plan and feedback.
Compensation – 4.20 Lac CTC Maximum
