Attending customer calls .
Handling direct sales .
Give info regrading residential property.
Site Handling.
Meeting the customer and explaining the project
Follow up with customer
Organising sales Visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets.
Strong communication skills with strong real estate knowledge.
Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
Report on sales activities to the top management or their seniors.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Own conveyance is must
