Job Responsibilities:
Inspection experience at various stages of Footwear production.
Identifying the defective area & demonstration the correct way to do the Job
Bench marking of Quality parameters in the section.
Training of subordinate staff members.
Knowledge of up gradation of lower quality to higher quality.
Fish bone analysis of customer complaint to go to root cause.
Guiding fabricators/ vendors/ worker the right way to do a correct job.
Coordination between Junior & Senior staff.
Control of wastage at every stage.
Able to take ownership & responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Total floor management in terms of :-
a) Manpower allocation daily on floor
b) Manpower Training as per schedule
c) Multi skilling and arranging to fill the gap of missing skills
2. Machine breakdown- Zero.
3. Over all plant efficiency improvement by making strategies for :
i) Wastage control in material as per BOMs.
ii) Maximum utilization of Man, Machine and infrastructure
iii) Motivation to Staff & Worker.
iv) Timely Delivery of each Order.
v) Timely completion of submission of all MIS and analysis reports.
vi) Manpower/Machine productivity analysis on Hourly/Daily/Monthly basis for each operation.
4. Worker staff ratio to be maintained (1:10).
5. Open plan completion in all departments as per norms.
6. Regular follow up, audit, improvement and implementation of :
a) SOP’s
b) Process
c) Systems
7. Regular training and counseling of workers/staff to improve awareness in different area after identifying the needs of each individual and department.
8. Quality improvement and reduction plan in:
a) B-grade Shoes
b) Repairs/Rejects
c) Sole Cut
d) Customer complaints and Returns
e) Excess material including leather consumption.
9. Control on WIP on departments and FG Store level.
10. Keep a close watch on per pair cost.
11. Plant upkeep in terms of “5-S”, orderliness and smooth work flow.
12. Strict Adherence of Safety norms. Ensure zero accident even minor on floor.
13. Reduction of costs by 10 % each year-RMC, per pair cost and other expenses.
14. Zero Customer defect/complaints.

Working on Red Materials to consuming the same
