Compensation: Up to – 45 Lac CTC
Skills and Competencies :
Customer Focus and interaction, Define and implement a strategic sales
approach with particular focus on major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2, Strong track record in sales,
design win execution, revenue target achievement, and team player. Strong business, technical and
communication skills. Develop and execute the organization’s business and Sales plan. Mapping business
requirements and coordinating in developing & implementing the processes in line with the pre-set
guidelines, planning & building strategies for achieving Sales value & Profitability Target

Key responsibilities:
Creating, managing and optimizing listings for all marketplaces.
Monitor competitive listings and pricing.
Manage the processes of major e-commerce portals like Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra etc.
Managing promotional activities at Marketplaces.
Devising online marketing strategy, SEO/SEM for the Brands and thereby boosting sales productivity.
Commercial understanding and execution of business transactions, reconciliations, payments, collections.
Analyse online sales and stock in hand on a weekly basis and arrange for replenishments.
Maintain returns records.
Content writing for Products.
Maintain Management Information Reports.
Respond to all relevant emails, tracking couriers and shipments.
Attract and retain customers by answering product and service related questions, as well as suggesting
information about other products and services.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the
problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or
adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Boost product ratings.
Manage all documentation related to shipments- inward & outward.
Follow up with logistics partners.
