Job Description – Corporate Training Coordinator in Hyderabad Location (Urgent Opening)
Handle the corporate inquiries of various IT courses across the globe
Corporate Lead monitoring on hourly basis
Reply should be given to the training requirements of the corporate inquiry preferably via phone call
Gather necessary details for course customization wherever necessary
Coordinating with the trainers based on the training requirements of the corporates
Build an intelligent and realistic cost proposals as per the discussions made
Continuous follow up of the clients until the closure of the requirement
Organise and attend a technical call between trainer and the client
Monitor the progress of training sessions and resolve any issues that may arrive
Record proper reasons for those leads that didn’t worked out
Take advice while finalizing the trainer payments
Should be proactively working with Team and Team Head
