Job Description
J2EE developers are responsible for the development of web and software applications that are
specific to JavaScript and the Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE or JavaEE). J2EE developers are
IT professionals who work full time in an office environment. Self-motivated people who are
enthusiastic about technology, love to learn, and desire to constantly improve their skill set will
succeed in this field.
Technical Skills Required:
Responsible to design and develop complex Java and J2EE applications
Hands on experience for the following languages: Core Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Angular JS.
Should have extensive development experience on Web and application development
technologies.
Knowledge of client side presentation layer technologies like html, css, JavaScript, JQuery
and DHTML.
Should have good development experience on JSON and should have good understanding of
XML & XSLT.
Defining, documenting, and communicating software design with the team.
Working knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS development is a must.
Position Duties
Take complete responsibility and ownership of the projects from start to end
Assist in building core development teams, motivating and mentoring them
Develop internal (Wenso company products) and external projects (client projects) web
applications in line with Project specifications and project plans.
Report to Senior Developer/ Project Manager on Timelines and SLA- s
Key KRA is to design and develop best coding practices with necessary controls and visibility
Lead and partner with developers Team to achieve desired results in timely manner
Project manage projects /Modules under the guidance and direction of Project Managers in
UK
