2- Maintain Consistent quality process improvement to reduce rejection rate.
3- Plan and schedule production according to target.

5- Analysis of downtime loss action plan to improve utilization.
6- Maintain spares inventory reduce spare consumption.
7- Provide training of operation, basic preventive maintenance of production line for new joining operators .
8- Take counter measure actions for Process Issues Quality Issues.
9- Develop vendor for spares.
10- Monitoring the effective utilization of Manpower, Manpower skill up gradation and multitasking for flexibility in production.
