Job Description:
• Responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, including building sales through telephone calls, in-person sales meetings, and networking.
• Marketing the entire organization and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the organization.
• Tap potential new business opportunities with potential clients; Identify opportunity pipeline to help generate additional revenue from the existing client base.
• Cultivate client’s accounts and travel within the local area to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the organization.
• Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential clients and develop possible business opportunities.
• Developing field sales action plans. Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.

• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Making the right estimate understanding client’s budget and ensuring good profitability.
• Making the project budget and internals ensuring maximum profitability in a project.
• Coordinating with the client servicing team and the client for understanding the right objective and timelines for production and operations in every phase of the project execution
• Prepare a realistic timeline with a proper checklist of the project and achieving it constantly.
• Co-ordinating with all external resources and vendors with exact requirements and deliverables for the event/activation.
• Constantly work on looking for new resources, vendors and temporary manpower for various events and projects to evolve quality jobs with better pricing.
• Making sure smooth execution of an event or activation with proper cue management of the event with a proper stage and backstage management.
• Ensure all safety measure are well taken care of for the event with all checklist points checked and covered well.
• Making sure the project is executed well to the pleasure of the client.
• Making sure that the crew and vendors staff is well disciplined and does the assigned job to perfection.
• Make sure promoters and temporary manpower is well trained and does the desired job to perfection and is on planned timelines.
• Make sure the vendor invoicing happens on time and is aligned to the prior budgeting done.
