Responsibilities of the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR will include but are not limited to:
Ø Manage the school wide records
Ø Oversee System Administrator to keep the ERP system updated
Ø Review system logs
Ø Report malicious or suspicious activity on systems
Ø Report sensitive information stored on systems
Ø Maintain user access administration
Ø Disaster recovery planning
Ø Disable unnecessary services on servers
Ø Generate/Retain system backups
Ø Comply with password requirements
Ø Access control
Ø Environmental protection (i.e., protection from possible exposure to water damage, excessive heat, etc.)
Ø System audit logging
Ø Maintain minimum security standards for systems
Ø Monitoring of system activity
Ø Identify any technical requirements or up gradations.
Ø Train or help the teachers to become tech savvy.
Ø Deal with technical service people to ensure the proper working of all the systems
Ø Sends official messages to parents and staff.
RECORD KEEPING
Ø Process applications and file records.
Ø Complete all online forms and database.
Ø Answer queries by searching and retrieving files.
Ø Update files information.
Ø Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Ø Perform data entry.
Ø Add new files to archives.
Ø Aid people in retrieving information.
Ø Use scanners to convert forms, receipts, and reports into electronic format.

Ø Update website every 2 weeks with upcoming events, gallery and newsletters
Ø Compile content collected from scholastic and co-scholastic teams to publish e-magazine
In addition to above mentioned roles and responsibilities, be proactive to perform additional tasks requested by the management.
