Designation:- Digital Marketing Executive
Experience:- 2-3 years
Salary:- 30k – 42k PM

Qualification:- B. Tech or M.B.A degree in Marketing or in related field
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Proven working experience in digital marketing
2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing
database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising
digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
4. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for online channels like
websites, apps, email, and social media. Creating Social Media Marketing
strategies to create a brand name in Social Media and raise awareness
5. Exposure to improve the conversion rate from Landing pages and other
campaigns
6. Writing content for websites, Landing Pages, Infographics suggestions, Blogs,
email and social media postings
7. Developing market research surveys and working with customers in focus
groups
8. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and
assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) by using data from web tracking tools
like Google Analytics.
9. Making information and advertising more interactive by adding case studies,
videos and infographics to websites, apps and social media
10. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on
the insights
11. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
across multiple channels and customer touch points
12. Creating strategies to increase online traffic to the organization’s
website
13. Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers.Taking
care of everything from SEO, SEM to Social Media Marketing
14. Improving the user experience on the company & website(Includes design,
content and usability)
15. Evaluating competitor & Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to
overtake them
16. Design and execute outbound strategies for lead generation. Manage Blog on
HubSpot
