Job brief We are looking for an MEAN stack developer whose expertise lies mainly in back-end system development with basic knowledge in front-end integration.
We are ideally looking for someone with experience in building e-commerce websites, marketplaces, integration of APIs and system analysis.
Ideal candidate is an Angular 4 developer with hands-on experience building modern end to end web applications with MEAN stack Skills
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node JS , Express JS framework, 2+ years’ experience
Deep knowledge of AngularJS 6-7 practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
Strong understanding on MVC structure.
Experience in MongoDb
Knowledge on database level architecture and SQL, ORM systems
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Front end technologies experience in XHTML, CSS3, JQuery
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Responsibilities (not limited to)
As a full-stack developer, you will code back-end services in Node JS and front-end in HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript Angular JS
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code integrating new functionalities and updates on existing systems
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Building APIs and backend logic and designs, front end integration
Regular communication and updates on tasks
Provide development estimates outlining business and technical risks.
Provide technical and business explanation and justification for architectural, design, and coding approaches.
Participate in the full development life cycle, including design, coding, testing and production release.

Compensation can be offered – 2.5 lacs to 6 lacs pa (fixed) + incentives (performance driven)
Expectations from Dealers/Trade advisors –
· Experienced professionals in acquiring and trading for HNIs’ & UHNI’s
· Capable of acquiring big ticket margin (min. 5 lacs margin)
· Capable of servicing & leveraging relationship with HNI clients
· In-depth Knowledge about trading in Derivatives
· Have a strong & disciplined approach to Sales
· To work in a compliant and diligent manner
· Mandatory to have NISM Series 8 certification – Equity Derivatives Certificate Examination.
***(On exception, we can look at candidates having good client network & experience but does not have NISM, he can be considered & offered but their joining is subject to completing NISM certification).
Screening parameters –
· Should have min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience into Trading (on terminal) & HNI Client acquisition
· NISM certification is mandatory before joining
· Education qualification – Min. Graduate
· Decent Communication Skills, Presentable & Confident
· Should have relationship building & networking capabilities

Trade Advisors – These are individuals who are experienced in the stock markets and have requisite skills for acquiring big ticket clients and advise them on their decisions on the stock market & execute client trade on the terminal (Acquisition & Dealing).
Role description –
· Reactivation of clients & acquisition of new clients – open market acquisition, cold calling, through referrals…etc
· Trade on behalf of clients
· Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers
· Responsible for reactivation of dormant clients. Ensure growth in clientele by converting leads
· Acquisition of De-mat / Trading account from open market and leads (Offline & Online)
· Conduct lead generation activities for sales penetration
· Meeting & pitching customers
· Generate Equity Business and maintain strong client relationship.
