Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities
• Support the goals set in the marketing plan
• Work with the risk control team to adjust marketing strategies based on risk
• Improve product rankings according to Google’s market leaderboard rules
• Buy Facebook and Google Advertising Services
• Leverage WhatsApp and other social media to grow the company’s products
• Create, send and answer email campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Media, Communication
• Experience of 1-2 years in startups/technology companies
• Strong analytical skills must
• Excellent eye for details
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proactive attitude with excellent project management skills

Skills and Responsibilities :• Lead analyses in multiple areas of the business including credit underwriting, pricing, and forecasting
• Review and analyse existing business strategies, as well as recommend and implement new strategies as appropriate
• Design and ensure appropriate utilisation of monitoring and tracking to measure and quantify the effectiveness of strategies or tests
• Develop economic and portfolio forecasts for portfolio management, budgeting, and planning
• Produce reports and analysis for monthly portfolio performance tracking and evaluation
• Participate in and contribute to the strategy and execution plan for identifying, recruiting,interviewing, and hiring analytical resources
Requirements•
Experience in 2+ years in the area of credit risk analysis in Banks and NBFCs
• Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering, mathematics, economics or any quantitative course
• Effective in recruiting and building analytical teams• Proven track record in motivating, developing and evaluating exempt level associates,analysts, and senior analysts
• Strong analytical skills in structuring and leading complex analyses
• Ability to communicate succinctly and effectively with senior executives.
• Ability to apply mathematics to analyse complex data and develop conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong conceptual thinking ability used to design and manipulate complex mathematicalmodels for explaining and predicting business metrics.
• Ability to understand complex business problems and design effective solutions.
