Responsibilities:
· The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in General Trade as well as Modern Trade for spices & especially for Pickle.
· Maintain and expands customer base by coaching/managing Area sales heads
· Implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards for the organization
· Acquire new customer to increase business development activities
· Interact with distributors, stockiest to enhance sale in the given territory
· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
· Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
· MBA in Sales/Marketing or above qualification
· Maximum of 45 years
· Minimum 10 years of work experience in Pickles division.
· Especially Candidate should have worked in Priya Pickle (Ushodaya Enterprises) or any other Pickle brands in Hyderabad experience.
· Candidate should have territory knowledge in Hyderabad, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
