Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales team in General Trade as well Modern Trade for spices & especially for Pickle.
Maintain and expands customer base by coaching/managing Area sales heads
Implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards for the organisation
Acquire new customer to increase business development activities
Interact with distributors, stockiest to enhance sale in given territory
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
