Primary Responsibilities
a. Working in the early concept phase like creating and developing concept sketches.
b. Prepares low fidelity prototypes for mobile apps/websites (ranging from paper-and-pencil conceptsɉ to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming.
c. Presents high fidelity designs/mockups for review/iteration/approval.
d. Delivering through the design phase (creating and managing the development of visual style guides,ɉ comps, animations, and other visual prototypes).
e. Completing designs and handing off to a development team (pixel-perfect visual specifications,ɉ guidelines, and communication with engineers).
f. Developing user experience and visual design solutions that work across Services and the productɉ teams with a focus on innovating the visual and motion language (including conceptual thinking, grid,ɉ typography, color, and overall patterns).
g. Creating and presenting design solutions and strategies.
h. Work closely with the development team to ensure UI aspects of the delivery in-line with providedɉ requirements.

a. The ability to define other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designedɉ visual experience.
b. Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliverɉ refined design in challenging timeframes.
c. Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
d. Proficiency in Designing Tools (Adobe, Sketch, etc.,)
e. Attention to visual details

Qualifications
a. A formal degree in Communication Design/Graphic Design/Applied arts with demonstrable ɋinclinationɉ towards digital design
b. 1-4 years of relevant experience in working with the digital/print media
c. Proven experience in graphic design, layout, and typography skills
d. Proficiency in Graphic Designing Tools (Adobe Tools, Sketch, etc.,)
e. Knowledge of delivery process (slicing, layering, creating specs) is compulsory
f. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
g. An easy going personality with a can-do attitude
