● Complete mandatory product and compliance training.
● Collaborate with members of different teams.

● Build strong customer relationships.
● Create sales, needs analysis and cost–benefit reports.
● Monitor competitor sales strategies.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
● Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team success
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals
● Familiarity with Google Sheet and MS Office.
● Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
● Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
● Customer service skills

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Hyderabad will be responsible for driving sales and business growth
across the Telangana region. The role includes managing the direct store, expanding the dealer/OEM
network, and providing guidance to the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
 Sales & Growth
 Drive revenue across SLA, Lithium EV, and Motorcycle battery product lines.
 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
 Expand and strengthen the dealer and OEM network in Hyderabad & Telangana.
 Manage the direct store to maximize sales and customer engagement.
 Dealer & Channel Management
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.
 Provide training, support, and monitoring to ensure dealer performance.
 Execute region-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
 Customer & After-Sales Guidance
 Provide guidance to the local after-sales team for warranty handling, service quality, and
customer satisfaction.
 Ensure quick resolution of escalated customer concerns.
 Share product feedback and service insights with Head Office.
 Market Development
 Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and regional demand shifts.
 Provide inputs for promotional campaigns and product positioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
 Experience: 4–6 years in sales/business development, preferably in batteries, EV, automotive, or
power sector.
 Education: Graduate/MBA preferred.
 Strong understanding of Hyderabad/Telangana market.
 Proven ability to build and manage dealer networks.
 Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
 Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
